Processing Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and on a first order basis. 

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather issues, and holiday volume may impact delivery times. These delays are outside of our control.
