Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos/video of the issue. Approved cases will receive a replacement.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or carrier delays.

Cancellations
